芸術的日本酒 Artistic Japanese Sake
伯楽星は生きている Hakurakusei is living
私は東北のお酒に惹かれて応援しています。
その大きなきっかけとなった原因は
宮城県の新澤醸造店の伯楽星（新澤巖夫氏）に１０年以上前に出会い、
日本酒の世界に惹きつけられてしまったからでした。
それからいろんな事がありましたが、
こんなに美味しい日本酒を、海外の人に飲んでもらいたくて
そして日本酒が生きてる
そして日本酒はとても実は芸術的だという事を
少しでも多くの人に知ってもらいたいと思っています。
Being attracted to the Sake of Tohoku Region,
I have been supporting its growth.
What gave me the momentum for my efforts was my encounter more than ten years ago with Mr.Iwao Niizawa of Hakurakusei of Niizawa Brewery in Miyagi Prefecture.
Through Mr. Niizawa, I was captivated by the world of Sake.
Since then he has shared with me a great deal of experience.
I came to be fired with the desire to have the people overseas
to drink this delicious Sake and to have as many people
as possible to know that
Sake is alive
and
that it is an Art in itself.
時々日本酒のセレクションなどささやかにお手伝いさせて頂いています。もともとバレエ関係の仕事をずっとしてきながら、
また個人的にはクラシック音楽が趣味なので、
どうして、日本酒なのか、、、と聞かれる事も多々ありますし、
確かに自分でも不思議でした。 でも、
日本酒もバレエも音楽もすべて繋がってると
ある時気が付きました。
そして日本酒は生きている。。。
それを遠くから教えてくれたのが
新澤醸造店の伯楽星の生みの親、新澤巖夫氏でした。
これからも素晴らしい日本酒を、温かい思いやりの気持ちと共に
多くの人に知って頂けたらなっと思っています。
私の専門は日本酒ではないですが、日本酒を大事に愛おしむ気持ちは
心の中に限りなく溢れてきて止まらないのです。。。
限られた命を持つふつふつと生きている日本酒を口にすると
心地よい音楽が心に奏でます。
一人くらいこういう人間もいても良いかなっと
思うこの頃です。
I have also had some opportunities to help the selection of Sake. Having been engaged in ballet-related work as my profession
for a very long time and
having been interested in classical music as my hobby,
I am often asked why I am involved with Sake. Certainly,
even I myself find it strange to be involved this way.
However, one day, I realized that
Sake, ballet and music were all closely interrelated.
Moreover, I realized that Sake was alive.
It was Mr. Iwao Niizawa, the founder of Hakuraku Sei of the Niizawa Brewery, who taught me that from a distance.
My wish is to let many people know how wonderful Sake is,
along with the warmth and the spirit of caring embodied by it.
Even though my specialty is not Sake,
my heart is ever brimming with love and devotion for Sake.
When I savor Sake, vibrant with a life of its own,
I hear serene, soothing music in my heart.
I came to feel that I would be so happy even if one more person could have this experience.

そして日本酒で初めて
伯楽星のピアノ音楽が生まれました。
伯楽星が生まれ、そして成長していき
大きな震災に巻き込まれでもそれにも決して負けず
不死鳥のように未来に向けて復活する
伯楽星の物語。
四つの音楽からなる伯楽星の音楽です。

そして西洋と和の芸術からなら舞踊と詠いで表現させて頂きました。
This led to the birth of The piano music of Hakurakuseu,
the first of its kind for a Sake. The music embodies the story of Hakurakusei--beginning with its birth, its continued growth and its enduring sprit. In spite of the disaster,tsunami and earthquake,
it has risen to meet the challenges of recovery.
Like the phoeinix, it will forge ahead, filled with bright promises.
The music of Hakurakusei is the composite of
four movements of music.

東日本大震災により蔵が全壊してしまった日本酒の（伯楽星）
We created a performance in London depicting a story of how a Japanese rice wine brewery brewing Japanese sake (HAKURAKUSEI) that was completely destroyed by the disaster,tsunami and earthquake came back to life like a phoenix through a collaboration of Noh, ballet and piano.
重要無形文化財保持者であられる、
We invited a professional Noh actor Mr Rijiro Tsumura officially designated as an intangible cultural asset in London and the young ballet dancers and the musician created their own incredible music and choreography, and we’re able to create an amazing performance because Mr Reijiro Tsumura did a brilliant job in leading the young people.

Our appreciation goes out to the people in the audience who ran up to stage with tears in their eyes explaining how moved they were and those who screamed bravo at the top of their voices after completing our performance 'Hakurakusei is collaborating with Noh Ballet & Piano' on stage at the Japan Festival at Trafalgar Square in London on September 27 ,2014 from the bottom of our heart.
We would like to create collaborations in a variety of ways
in the future as well.
